Targeted Area Massage

Service Description

Targeted massage is intended to affect a certain area of concern and help promote relaxation. A blend of pressures are used to treat musculoskeletal pain, improve circulation, decrease stiffness and decrease joint inflammation. Joint mobilization and light stretching may be incorporated as well. This is a 30 minute session designed to target a specific area of concern. This is not a full body massage.
